- Take a vessel to add ghee heat it adds green cardamom saute for 5-6 seconds then add half the quantity of boiled rice make a layer then add half the sugar. again make a layer of remaining rice. add sugar and mawa.mix well.
- Cooked on the high flame when sugar has melted turn the flame low add fried nuts. cover and cook until all water evaporates. Add cardamom powder mix it garnishes with some nuts and Serves.
