- 1 cup moong dal (splited)
- 1/4 cup Raw rice
- 1 cup sugar or as per your choice
- 1 tsp Black pepper and cardamom powder

- Now reduce the heat and stir it till it becomes thick. Now, wet one of your finger and touch the paste if it's not sticking to your finger then turn of the gas.
- Now grease a wide plate with some ghee and add the moong dal tikri and spread it nicely. Keep it like this for 20 to 30 minutes.
- When the mixture comes to room temperature cut it into burfi like shapes and enjoy it. You can keep this in the fridge for 2 days at least.
