- Once the mixture gets cooled add kewra essence and mango puree.
- Then add mango pieces and set in the fridge for 20 mins.
- How to decorate mango firni :
- Wash all earthen containers nicely and allow it to dry completely.Then add the cooked firni in each container. Top it with chopped pistachios.
